SMARTY is by far the worst mobile provider I have ever dealt with. I lost two phone numbers – one that I already had with them and another that I ported in – because of their complete incompetence. Their so-called “support” is useless: copy-paste answers, no accountability, and zero ability to actually fix the problem.
I paid for a service and ended up with no service at all. Being left without a working phone number in 2025 is not just inconvenient – it’s unacceptable, dangerous, and feels like outright theft.
SMARTY has no respect for customers, no reliable processes, and no proper escalation system. If you value your time, money, and sanity – stay away from SMARTY.
