I do not like the idea of rating a company poorly, however, I feel that I cannot let this go!
Without getting into details, their return policy is ridiculous.
I have being a fairly loyal client for many years and will not shop there any more.
We are in the midst of a Pandemic, you would think they would appreciate the support of their clients and try to work with them.
