I was send a used pair of running shoes, with gravel still wedged in the soles. I called and eventually they refunded without me having to go to store, so they made it right. But I will not buy from them again. It was awful. What moron sends used shoes. Check out my photos. And yes, that was the ci diton of the shoe box !
