I had difficulty getting a parcel delivered.
I spoke to two individuals today and the issue was resolved.
Sportschek uses tforce to deliver.
I used 2 online inquiries and another was completed by Lori at sportschek call center. I called tforce with the inquiry tracking number. The person said she wouldn't correct the issue so the package could be delivered. I called sportschek back and the package was delivered about an hour later. Thanks to both Lori and the gentleman who helped me today.
