I purchased earbuds and received a defective pair right out of the box. Sport Chek refuses to take them back and said that it is up to the manufacturer and their warranty.
Terrible customer service and definitely not a good place to purchase any kind of electronics. Look elsewhere because if you do receive a broken or defective product, they will not do any kind of return or exchange whatsoever.
