I just ordered a series of things online roughly a week ago due to the lockdown and retail stores being closed. I just received my order today and unfortunately there's no receipt or return label instructions whatsoever inside my package. I tried on my items and unfortunately have to return them because I have a long torso and all of these medium sized shirts are too small in length. I called customer service and explained my situation and they stated that due to COVID they aren't including these things inside packaging. Why? This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever! All other companies include this so why not Sport Chek? This is actually making a lot more work for the customer to then have to reach out to you and then request an email version. The representative sent me the email but there's then a link inside the email for the return label which he didn't know about or know how to navigate to get to the actual return label. I then asked him if it's free return label and then he said no that I would have to pay for the return out of pocket. For a company/companies NOT offering this especially during these unprecedented times due to COVID and lockdowns and restrictions is unbelievable! I personally will never order online with Sport Chek ever again!!!
