Order my shoes from them it took way longer to deliver than expected. When they did the shipping company delivered on the wrong address.
Not being enough, I’ve waited 10 days for a management team to give me a call and update me on the cases. All I got was a we don’t have the shoe anymore and didn’t offered anyway to assist me.
Honestly, any interaction with every single customer representative sounded so burocrático and lack of knowledge of what I seems to be a very straight foward scenario.
