Interesting to be on hold for over 30 minutes with Sportchek customer service, listening to a recording asking people to be kind. When my call was finally answered with a 'nothing we can do' attitude, and the representative stating in a condescending manner 'sorry, you don't understand', I was left being pretty well told I was stupid from a representative who didn't give a damn. Kindness works both ways. Teach your people how to find solutions instead of being nasty. I will make sure to spread the word on your poor customer service philosophy.
