Actually, I would only give 0 to sport chek for customer service but I only gave 1 because two of the three customer service people that i talked to were ok. Sport chek took my money for items NOT delivered, ordered about a month ago, and have yet to get my money back! The items were lost in transition and Sport chek reps claim they are so busy and not able to address my refund, i just have to keep waiting... right. BS is what this is.
I want my money back for items i did not receive
but they won't give it. I just have to wait...
