Very Bad experience for this Christmas online buy! I bought two full set of Snowboarding equipment on 24/25 Dec. It was saying it deliver 5-7 business days. Because of items avaliablity I guess, it shipped from 3 locations which one of them are from AB. When I learn from the carrier that it won't arrive until 7 Jan 2022. I was so disapointed as my kid planned the trip on 5th. If I have knowing that is the fact I will either go to buy and pickup myself as it advertise 24hour pickup!! I called your customer services and the attitude was so bad which originally I was just to check out what is my options (buy another one and refund the in-transit?) Forget about the options, I was getting a very impolite loug voice using standard script and tell me that is all!! . At the end I demand to speak to the supervisior and the agent ask me "why?" and put me waiting for 5-10 mins, Finally reflect my situation to the supervisior and I just don't want to up sad people on New Year Eve. However I do stress the point "should listen to the recording...." Don't get me wrong, the supervisior is much better even is still going nowhere but she explain to me what she can do and what is out of her power. After hangup the phone, now with that agent attitude, I am really worry as the agent got every information including where I live. I usually only buy thing online for "good company" or else I can be anonmous. If someone high enough in SporkChek read this, I hope you have a measures to protect "us" (maybe not full info) for situation like this. Again, I will thing twice if I ever buy from you at least online..... To say that I can full accept late shipment but I never think I should get "the worry" and "the treatment" when I try to see what options I have!!!!!
