I bought golf shoes from Sportchek.ca and they sent me a pair previously worn outside. There were pieces of dried dirt on the sole and some dirt on the outside fabric. I called Sportcheck customer service and they offered me 10% off my next purchase :(
and I have to return them to the store in order to get my refund. Poorly done Sportchek!
