I bought three bikes during Covid - one was ok. The other two were not and one was already damaged in the box and I had to pay to get two of them assembled. I called Red Deer store and left messages and no one returned my call.
I then left a review and they responded and I was given an email to tell them what happened. I received an email back and they said someone would contact me. I have not heard anything. Summer is passing yet again with no bike. So disappointing
