Seriously whoever came up with the bone-head policy to charge an OBSCENE $2 for a bag for customer purchases is not in touch with reality.
Your staff should realize that they are there to serve the customer…uhm I think that’s why they are working there.
Fortunately most of your products can be purchased elsewhere at competitive pricing; with friendly customer service and either no charge or a reasonable cost for a “environmentally friendly” bag.
I appreciate great customer service; bye bye SportChek.
