Ok so I placed an order 7 days ago....purolator to deliver 2-5 business days, they charged my credit card on day one and still no product and purolator tracking says no updates since I placed the order. I have spoken to 4 people now at customer service and emailed with purolator and both have no updates or information for me? This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable from a customer's perspective. I don't understand why customer service said they would look into it 2 days ago and still no resolution. Now a manager sent me an email this am and said she would look into it and still no answer. I give up. Will never ever order from sportchek again!!!
