today I visited Sport Chek location in N.W. Calgary (Market Mall) as I am needing a pair of decent running shoes. Let me preface this by saying that I am Not a great fan of shopping, period. As I entered the spacious, airy Store, I was greeted by a very pleasant employee and without hesitation, offered to help. understanding what i needed, she proceeded to walk with me toward the specific area in the store where Running Shoes were displayed aplenty. She ask a gentleman to assist me. I thanked her. once i made my choice and looking for check-out, she approached once again and in the most thoughtful and caring way, asked if everything was satisfactory and I had gotten what I needed. I must say, this what the best experience I have had shopping in a very long time! Jennifer, thank you very much!!!!
