Ordered 2 pair of boots for $89.99 each. Returned one pair. SG sail they would refund the $89.99 - $7.50 for shipping, which would be 82.49. My refund was 62.49. Calle to see what happened to the $20. They claimed I used a coupon, which I did not, then said I forgot to include shipping, which makes no sense. No refund the the $20. Never, ever, again!
