I went to website to order a blind. Went to check out and total listed was $281.20. Website stuttered and gave a error message. I couldn't see the order on my online account. My card was charged $319.35 immediately. I contacted customer service and they said I checked out as guest. They say I don't have a account but I sent a screenshot showing the account. I have taken my credit card off website and canceled my membership. If the charge doesn't fall off my card I will be fileing fraud against this company. Obviously if I bought a membership in past I had a online account. I bought it online. They can see my membership.
