Extremely disappointed. I ordered 2 hunting items, about an hr later, my son let me know I ordered the wrong ones. I attempted to cancel but customer service representative Mia, refused the cancelation even though the items were still in the their warehouse.
My bank account has been debited over $1k until this is corrected.
It makes no sense to do business this way. The company will lose the the cost of shipping the wrong items when they could have left them in their warehouse.
It's poor decisions like this that reduces profit.
