Signed up for what I thought was phone service with AT&T in Target but later found out that it was a third party. I was mislead and given false information. I have no recourse with AT&T and Target will take no responsibility. Do not sign up for services offer in Target. They are not vetted and Target doesn't care that they mislead their customers. Target has lost me as a customer.
