Three packages were sent to the WRONG address. Uncaring, apathetic customer service. Refused to help out. Blamed me for THEIR mistakes & also their excuse was that 'I didn't read their website guidelines.' Guidelines have nothing to do with address errors that THEY MADE. Wasted my valuable time running around, calling, searching, emailing, knocking on doors until I found my packages. Refused to compensate for all of the troubles I encountered. Multiple people I know & on reddit mainly had minor delays & still got a discount or gift card. I get all these headaches & got NOTHING. Target just lost my business permanently!

Discovering that I had fallen victim to a scam left me grappling with a mix of emotions - embarrassment, anger, and a sense of uncertainty regarding my next course of action. Last month, there were two different charges on my old bank card that I didn't authorize & when I contacted Target customer service recently, they told me that they didn't have those charges in their system & told me to contact my bank & take care of this dispute & my bank sent me a new bank card in the mail, but where I am getting at, is it should be Target's responsibility to refund me those charges back to my bank account & with them not willing to refund me the charges that I didn't authorize from my old bank card, I am not sure I want to give them my business anymore.

Because we go there all the time in Erda, and the people there are nice. There is even a starbucks in it.

Went to Target Wilmington, NC - went to check out and two empty registers but had merchandize people had left. Clerk was on her cell phone never bothered to clear register! The new OVERSIZED bags on a roll were a nightmare to get off and and open. Again no assistance offered! People were so frustrated and I agree won't be going back to Target!!

Target chooses to use OnTrac to ship items. They choose to ship with a company that has a 1 star rating. They obviously do not care if a shipment arrives. I get a delivery from OnTrac 1 out of 10 times. Target, you choose the shipping company. Choose better.

purchased cell phone with boost mobile service that could not be activated target has no record of the receipt, and boost has no record.target would not refund the boost Mobile and ordered me to leave store. I did not leave to manager has Oliver security person grab and throw me on the floor.

Verry petty people. Shook me down for 13 bucks. They will call you everyday when behind in payment. I bought a cooler from them once was treated like a theif.

I bought an item on line and when I received it, it was not what I expected. Took it to the local South Portland Maine store with the order form I had printed from my computer. Customer service said they wouldn't take it back as I needed something else. I could not understand exactly what they needed so I just left the item there and left the store. Unfortunately Target lost a long time consumer as it is Christmas and won't be doing any online shopping with Target. Buyer beware

Purchased a Target $360 membership for $50 because it came with a $50 coupon. I used the coupon for an item that I returned the next day, and they say the coupon was a single-use coupon and that I won't get it returned. Never had another store treat coupons that way, so I'll be shopping at Wal-Mart and Amazon this Christmas!

The last two times I went there there were hardly no sales people. And the one I found both times didn't want to help. I liked going to Target but not so much anymore.

On Nov-01-2024 Madison wi I have stopped being a loyal Target customer two days ago. I want to let the American public know. When you buy a gift card, make sure it has not been hacked. I bought two $200 cards each. When I used the cards, one of them had no funds and the other only had half a buck. I reported it to the gift card service department at Target. They quickly responded that it was not Target's fault. That there was no reason for them to give me my money back. And that I should report it to the police. This is how Target and many organizations support themselves to avoid their responsibilities. I lost my money to scammers and thieves. These people know that Target will NEVER sue them or find those responsible. American people, my great Nation. Do not allow these large organizations to steal your money. Do not shop at Target anymore. They are frauds who do not take responsibility for the dark deeds that occur in their organization. Target is the WORST. I have been a victim. Many more have been and will be. Please support me in not buying from Target.

Several times I have had issues with pricing and the Target computer system. It is usually a small amount. Today it was $1.16. When they go into their computer, it gives them the correct sales price. However, if you do the math, there is clearly a problem. The helpdesk and even their customer service line, would not look at the pricing on the receipt. I was clearly charged $10.16 and not the $9 sale price. I added everything up on a calculator to make sure the money did not come off somewhere else. Why can’t they understand that their computer is actually wrong?

One was absolutely not ecstatic to return to the "illustrious" target. Thy hadth numerous subsequential attempts in having a pleasant time in this emporium, but at last it was no fit. This delicate woman here knows her rights are they are not respected! A measly service servant of yours was drawn upon to me and asked if I needed help. If I needed help, I would've asked! You ought to teach some manners to not talk to one when they're OBVIOUSLY not astray and know their task. Thy was dumbfounded. This is too much for one to handle. Also, Tell your guttersnipes that there had been a boodle in the entrance; reestablish this.

The Target in Mesquite Tx on Town East Blvd. Is horrible to the Shipt shoppers. The employees are so mean and rude. When you are only trying to do your job. Toni and Micheal are very mean. Kirby needs to fire a lot of the employees there. They put on a fake and friendly act. But the employees are not nice at all

I would like to share a wonderful experience I had at Target in Aliso viejo on La Paz, thanks to an exceptional young employee named Myles. While shopping with my elderly mother, who was visibly struggling to walk, Myles immediately noticed her discomfort and kindly offered to get her a motorized scooter. His thoughtfulness, quick response, and genuine care made all the difference in our visit. It’s rare to come across such compassionate and attentive customer service, especially from someone so young. Myles truly went above and beyond to ensure my mother felt comfortable and cared for. He is a gem and an incredible asset to your team. Thank you, Myles!

Pathetic customer service!!!!! I ordered an item from Target. I received an email stating that my order was ready. I drove about 20 minutes to the store location. I used the Target app to inform the store that I had arrived, I put in the type of car, color, make of vehicle. I arrived and there weren’t any parking spaces. The app asked “can’t find a parking space? “ I clicked on that. It told me to find another parking spot & put on my hazards. I did this & waited for over an hour. I saw other vehicles come & go. Nobody from the store came to me to ask, “Can I help you or is there anything that I can do to help.” I finally got the attention of one of the workers. They came over & I let them know that there were over 20 cars that they had helped before I got there attention . This was the Ford Road location. Ashleigh was the “supervisor”. She offered me a $5.00 gift card,that I wasn’t even given. Terrible service.
