Last month, there were two different charges on my old bank card that I didn't authorize & when I contacted Target customer service recently, they told me that they didn't have those charges in their system & told me to contact my bank & take care of this dispute & my bank sent me a new bank card in the mail, but where I am getting at, is it should be Target's responsibility to refund me those charges back to my bank account & with them not willing to refund me the charges that I didn't authorize from my old bank card, I am not sure I want to give them my business anymore.
