As a frequent customer who contributes to the everyday flow of income at this establishment, I was very disappointed in this morning interaction with staff. I later learned the staff member name is janeen(possibly spelled wrong) and she is a manager here at the Sacramento Arden location. I tend to charge my vehicle in the parking lot of this location every morning and while doing so most days I go inside the location to shop. On this particular day I arrived at the door two minutes earlier from open time at the same time the manager was entering the building I tried to get her attention to ask what time the store opened. I approached her by saying “excuse me ma’am“ . She acknowledged my presence with a stare but completely ignored me n shut the door close. I was hoping she wasn’t just trying be rude so I knocked on the door which she also ignore. As I stood there waiting for the two minutes to pass I watched her through the window walk to the return section of store and proceed to have a conversation with an on duty staff member. It’s was unclear to me if she was on duty at this point herself because she was now standing behind the counter at the register. She did walk in with a purse and I don’t recall if she put it away at this moment but I do know at 8am when the doors opened up I walked straight to her counter where she was still standing having a non work related conversation with staff. She was totally aware of me approaching them as she provided me with excellent eye contact. I allowed them to finish their sentences before I again stated “excuse me ma’am“ and she replied with “Yes” in a sarcastic manner. I proceeded to say, “I felt it was very rude of you to shut the door n my face when I was trying to get your attention“ she replied “oh well I’m having hearing problems in both ears” I found this strange because the co worker she was talking with had a softer lower tone than me and the knock on the door. It seem she heard every word she said but states she couldn’t hear me. So I replied with ok I’ll take that but I know you seen me even if you couldn’t heat everything I said .. I know because you stare right as me while shutting the door.” she once again in a sarcastic tone said “OKay” i proceeded to explain to her how upsetting it was to be handling in such manner and gave her advice to be more approachable and receptive to helping ALL customers not just once’s who look like her. I explained to her in an upset but respectful tone that her actions makes me not want to be so respectful and that I’d be wrong if I wished bad on her or said some not so nice things Again she replied with an sarcastic “Okay” so I walked off before I acted out how I was truly feeling at that moment. I approached another staff and asked for a manager and thats when they told me she was the manager on duty but she has a boss as well named Chris and to reach out to him. While doing my shop for a phone charger and Harry Potter book collection (total was over 100 dollars by the way) I walked into a gentleman who had a tag that said Chris. I stop him on his tracks and asked if he was management. he did stop and listened to what I had to say.. but informed me that he and the company can not do anything about it as she was not on the clock to he knowledge. I told him I don’t think it should matter if employees are on the clock or not once’s they touch the premises wearing their uniform they represent target and should conduct themselves accordingly. I explained that although I stop to chat with him I would still be leaving reviews all over and still contacting corporate regarding this morning run in because I know verbal communication only goes so far! He replied with a simple okay. The only reason I’ll continue to shop here is for immediate needs only because it’s the closest to my home. Besides that I will start spending my money else where and I suggest others do the same!

Sorry to hear that I had a bad experience? What went wrong ? Have you been to your Kalispell Mt store recently ? Sorry to hear about that ..What was Wrong ? I think the answer to question would be quicker reply if you asked "What went right "? NOTHING! the place is a s _ _t dump .. let's see let's walk in front door at 1100 am .. employees in a circle jerk like nothing to do . Hang a right go down center isle Carts Boxes all shoved in isles no place to walk .little kids playing around stacks of boxes poorly stack .. law suit waiting to happen ( if my kid gets hurt by that you hear from my attorney ) head towards electronics. Two what seems to be wanna managers standing there ..I ease drop their talking about how they gotta cut hours .. HA HA HA ..it's a joke they better add hours . 500 club store my rear end . It's a dump ..Nobody in my family will ever step foot in your Store again I can promise you that ...move it outta here do us all a favor .Been here my whole life you guys should be ashamed of yourselves Have a gteat day

placed an order online for an item that website said had 9 of, just to make sure it wasn't taken. It said it would take about 2 hours which I found puzzling to begin with. I arrived about 1 45 minutes later and was told my item wasn't ready. I asked how an item that was already in their store according to the website could not be ready. They said there was a queue (to which they had no access) and items were only going to ready when the queue said so. I asked them how long and they said they couldn't give me an exact time. I said forget it I will just get one off the shelf. Went back to where they are kept and there were none on the shelf. Went back to pick up desk and asked for manager. Got this story about how it would be "unfair" for them to just go get the item for me when there were others in the queue. Mind you this was 7 PM on a tuesday night. I was the only one at the pick up desk. But according to the manager, rules are rules. Finally I got the email and another employee told me there was a bin in the back with my item and they would go get it for me. Most likely it had been there for a while and the picker just hadn't got to their computer to update. Clearly the manager at this place has either never heard of customer first policy or is openly contemptuous of it. THE LESSON IS CLEAR. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE FOR PICK UP UNLESS YOU HAVE A LOT OF TIME ON YOUR HANDS.

i received an incomplete order. nothing is done with this, tried to email and call. first and last time i order here and also advise everyone to never order here. unreliable site.

Virginia at the Rowlett Target has to be the best employee ever. She made sure I got the last OMG LOL Surprise Dollhouse on planet earth! You made my granddaughters Christmas! Thank you for going above and beyond!

I Purchased a gift card during “deal of the day” for a free $15 gift card which they did not honor and my $100 gift card purchased is nonrefundable. I had no idea gift cards at target were nonrefundable. I no longer fell that Target has good customer service.

Will not be ordering anything from Target online again! First, I ordered a package containing a vinyl record and the box was in shambles, plus the record was literally split down the middle. Then, I submitted for a replacement and they sent a CD and the system updated the order for that. Called to say I got the wrong item, and even though I submitted photos, they said their system shows a CD and not the original vinyl I purchased --- EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PHOTO PROOF AND SUBMITTED THAT WITH THE REPLACEMENT REQUEST!!!! So then, I get refunded for the price of the CD which is less than the price of the vinyl. Granted, I bought it with a buy 2 get 1 free special but I would never have bought a cd because of the low value so I lost in my savings that I would've gotten with the Vinyl record. Then they had the audacity to ask if I wanted to purchase the vinyl record from them and I said no way, I'm already out my expected savings and it's only going to show up damaged anyways. I will never purchase from Target.com again and I certainly wouldn't recommend anybody purchasing anything fragile as it won't be packaged properly and be sent broken, and avoid the nightmare of trying to explain to the help center because they won't take hard evidence over their system's and warehouse faults.

I purchased a 55’ Television online on November 15, 2023. They said it was delivered on November 22, 2023 at 4:28pm and then again at 10:28m, and I contacted Target and they told me they had to investigate it on November 21, 2023. Target got back to me through email stating how sorry they were about my not receiving my package and that decided that it was a successful delivery. Monday after Thanksgiving holiday I asked my building Manager if she would check cameras from all 3 entrances and she agreed, when it was all said and done no large packages had been delivered. I contacted Target again and let them know about the cameras, Target didn’t care, I was told that the decision had been made and they can’t give me a refund or another TV. I never do business with Target again.

Target is such a disappointment anymore! I really hate going in there! They have figured out how to get at least $50 out of every person who enters the store. Their prices are ridiculous and their options/choices for anything, are poor. It doesn't matter what you are buying, as long as you have "X" number of items in your cart, they will get $50-$100 out of each customer. Only 1 actual cashier on a Saturday afternoon, the 4 self checkout lanes were backing up deep into the store, I just set my shopping basket down and walked out! Target doesn't gaf about your time enough to have some actual cashier's with lanes open on a Saturday afternoon, then screw them!! Their selections of women's clothing is beyond basic, stupid, and totally unappealing. I don't know why they sell the most generic, unremarkable, basic, common, throw-away-clothing, that they are charging way too much for, but they should really take a look at that, because they a below mediocre in the women's fashion department. I truly despise target, and get an attitude if I actually have to go in there for some reason..target thinks they are a big deal, well, I am here to tell ya, that I think they are substandard, Walmart has it all over target, and that's not saying anything!!

Target was not transparent about the Stevie Nicks Barbie. They said it was in stock ( it was not) Said “ buy now” (blacked out when u click on it) Said check back Nov 10th ( waited until midnight (first said available, then would not allow you to buy now. Then the next day it said “out of stock” Called main customer service No one knew anything about what I was talking about. Then Mattel sent me z a survey text that would not allow me to complete and send Based on TARGET’s lack of knowledge, and false advertising, I will not recommend to anyone to shop there!

Overflowing garbage bins at entrance, more carts in parking lot than in the store, 1 cashier, 2 self checkouts open, 30 customers in line to check out. Utter chaos. Just left my cart & walked out.

Most screwed up customer website I have ever scene. Never able to hold your password properly for me, making me continually try to put a new password in so I can get into my account. My credit was always good until Target came along with their website which made me not able to track what I owed and pay on time and I'm always been a good pair and always had a good credit rating but they have continually messed me up for several years to just get into my account like I do with all the others and just Target is a mess. They're a waste of time for me to keep trying to fix my account online so I have to be sure to go in the store and pay my bills because it's that messed up. I try not to even charge anything at Target or even buy anything there for risk of all this mess. Also I and my two children and their kids do not buy any phones at all from Target! Their phone service and expertise to help you with your phone is poor and non-responsive

The egift cards never work, and if they do everytime you use it, they shut it down and you have to call and wait for hours and give every detail. Nuisance. Also I bought items that were supposed to come with a $10 gift card and never received it

If you must support a company like this, only purchase in store. If an employee tries to get you to order online, it is most likely a scam. If you cannot get your physical item at the time of payment, target is not going to help, resolve, or make the situation right. This is 100% their policies, as I chatted with two different reps. They do not care as they received our money. I guess a horrible company wouldn’t!

So very disappointed. I went to Target's website to do 2 things: purchase a gift card for my son's birthday and to purchase a pair of shoes. The shoes arrived a couple of days ago. They gift card was cancelled - TWICE - and both cards had more than enough funds to make the purchase. When I received the first cancellation, I thought maybe they wanted me to purchase 2 cards with different denominations so the second time I purchased 2 gift cards with different denominations on a different credit card. The second transaction was cancelled as well. I called Target's customer service number and was told they would submit a "ticket" regarding the "error". When I received a response from the "ticket" submission, it was a template email saying something to the affect of "Sorry. Not our problem." I then called Guest Services and was hoping I could get a better explantation as to what happened. They reiterated what the template email stated. So.... I can get a pair of shoes from Target but I can't buy a gift card??? Well, this is the last time I will be a Target customer and, apparently, Target doesn't care. That's okay. In today's competitive retail environment I will choose to spend my dollars elsewhere.

Your deceptive practices with indoctrination of children caused me to shop elsewhere. Biggest mistake Target ever made was caving to the WEF. The American people are smarter than you think. We are not all sheep. Family cashing out before stocks tank any more! Very disappointed and disgusted with Target.
