“Last month, there were two different charges on my old bank card that I didn't authorize & when I contacted Target customer service recently, they told me that they didn't have those charges in their system & told me to contact my bank & take care of this dispute & my bank sent me a new bank card in the mail, but where I am getting at, is it should be Target's responsibility to refund me those charges back to my bank account & with them not willing to refund me the charges that I didn't authorize from my old bank card, I am not sure I want to give them my business anymore.”
“It's an okay place to shop for most things, but absolutely terrible when it comes to clothing. They made only one style of jean shorts that were true shorts and not denim panties, and immediately stopped making them. There is not a single pair of shorts or skirt there anymore that will not expose the bottom. Even men's shorts are shrinking in length, and many of their shirts are translucent at best. Never buy clothing here. For other necessities like soap or laundry detergent it's okay though.”
“I am continually annoyed by Target's grocery sales. In general, everything that's on sale is only "if you buy 2". As a single person, I don't need 2 of their sale items, "if you buy two". In fact, I've pretty much quit shopping at Target, or even looking at their ads, since I don't need two of the item you have to buy in order to get the sale price. C'mon Target - are you only catering to larger families?”
“I didn’t last more than 6 minutes inside before I turned around and left; the place is a disaster. Clothes disorganized, piled on the floor, same with the shoes…everything, really. It’s like people take things off the racks and drop them on the floor, and that’s where they stay forever. What is wrong with people? Respect the store and a space that is not yours by putting things back where you found them. Absolutely no ability to have a peaceful and relaxing shopping experience. It’s nothing but chaos. There’s also trash all over the parking lot and sidewalks. Do better, people!”
“Target is such a disappointment anymore! I really hate going in there! They have figured out how to get at least $50 out of every person who enters the store. Their prices are ridiculous and their options/choices for anything, are poor. It doesn't matter what you are buying, as long as you have "X" number of items in your cart, they will get $50-$100 out of each customer. Only 1 actual cashier on a Saturday afternoon, the 4 self checkout lanes were backing up deep into the store, I just set my shopping basket down and walked out! Target doesn't gaf about your time enough to have some actual cashier's with lanes open on a Saturday afternoon, then screw them!! Their selections of women's clothing is beyond basic, stupid, and totally unappealing. I don't know why they sell the most generic, unremarkable, basic, common, throw-away-clothing, that they are charging way too much for, but they should really take a look at that, because they a below mediocre in the women's fashion department. I truly despise target, and get an attitude if I actually have to go in there for some reason..target thinks they are a big deal, well, I am here to tell ya, that I think they are substandard, Walmart has it all over target, and that's not saying anything!!”
“Overflowing garbage bins at entrance, more carts in parking lot than in the store, 1 cashier, 2 self checkouts open, 30 customers in line to check out. Utter chaos. Just left my cart & walked out.”
