Absolutely awful... I ordered a cab the day before I was due at Stansted airport. They took the booking, plus the fee £35 then I received an email two hours before travelling that my taxi had been cancelled, I was offered a voucher to use on the next booking. I was fuming as I could not get another taxi as it was needed for 4.30 in the morning. What an utter farce.. bloody disgusting. Do not use this company.
