This company is fraudulent and a scam. I paid a fortune for top of the range executive limousine, a Mercedes S class long wheel base for a long 2.5 hr trip. After I booked they rang to say this car was not available but I would be upgraded to a luxury Range Rover at no extra cost. What came was the smallest car in the range Rover company, an Evoque, smaller than a ford focus. I complained and after their "investigation" emailed me with this.. "According to Google, the Evoque is a luxury car". It defies belief any taxi company can behave like this. They are trying to defend their position that paying for a Mercedes S class long wheel base, is the same class as the Ford focus class Evoque.
