DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY.
I had booked a £200 taxi to Glasgow Airport from Fort William about 2 weeks in advance. Less than 24 hours before the trip, they sent an EMAIL cancellation - didn't even call, so I could easily have missed this.
It's been 4 weeks and I still haven't got my promised refund. I've been calling up twice a week and keep being told to wait '3-5 days' but this company is such a scam. Wish I'd read up before I'd chucked £200 down the toilet.
