AWFUL. Took money before service - I booked one taxi with incorrect time, so in order to change the time, I had to cancel that. Re-booked at the correct time, but ended up not needing it, so cancelled again. Sounds like a faff, but it really shouldn't be.
They charged me £80(!!) and said some rubbish about a 48 hr cancellation policy on the phone, which is ridiculous. I booked and cancelled within maybe 2 hours max. Absolute scam. Very unhelpful.
