I pre booked and paid for a taxi. Only to be stranded at night on my own in the middle of nowhere as they cancelled my taxi 10 mins before it was supposed to arrive. No refund has been given and after calling them I've been told they cannot refund due to issues with their system! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
