It’s clearly a scam, my journey was cancelled at 2am day before we booked. They have a coupon as a sorry and I was suppose to get a refund 3-5 days later.
It’s been a week and I’ve gone through my bank to get the refund now. Tried calling them directly and no one has picked up.
Total scam artists and I looks like the website is down.
