Absolute disgrace!!!
I pre booked for 10 passengers to collect us from Folkestone Station, only to find out that the taxis had been cancelled without my knowledge. We were left stranded for over an hour because it was peak school rush hour and no taxis available. The company took my money and haven't yet refunded it. Probably won't see the cash again!
This scam company should not be allowed to rip off innocent people!
I wish I listened to all the negative reviews!
