Awful company. Took payment of £93.50 straight away and gave details of the taxi firm they had so say booked with. I call taxi firm to confirm with them and they had never heard of them. I then looked at reviews and asked Taxicode for a refund as they obviously hadn't made a booking and had a habit of not turning up. They said they would issue a 10% refund! Luckily I paid through paypal so raised a dispute and sent paypal the link to the reviews and they found in my favour and refunded. This was after Taxicode pushed me to accept their cancellation (so that they could say I cancelled and give me 10% refund) and also said that they could not refund while the dispute was open, which is not true. If you have paid with paypal dispute it, the more people that complain about them the better!
