This company is a scam. I made a booking for a number of people and luggages via their website. A few hours later they called me to tell me that I had to pay an additional £20 to have a vehicle big enough for what I had booked. I told them it was not acceptable and they hung up after arguing. When I tried to call them to cancel the booking, their automated message said to leave a message so they woul call me back, which they never did. I managed to cancel the booking through their App but then I can see from the terms and conditions that they won't refund anything. I have therefore raised a dispute through my bank. Stay away from those thieves!!!
