Absolute scammers. Even cancelling a month in advance you only get 50% of the upfront fee refunded. Got 10% refunded from a very expensive up front taxi that I had to cancel 10 days in advance. Terrible service, outrageous cancellation policy and you can’t speak to anyone because the phone line goes to a dead end
