Taxi Cide have effectively STOLEN £47 from my account after no processing my refund for 21 working days. There supposed policy is that refunds will be processed between 3 - 5 working days.
Taxi Code cancelled my booking due to availability, which is fair enough. What isn’t right is that I should have to spend so much time emailing, phoning etc. with no response to my emails and no follow through from my calls despite promises. No accountability.
Avoid these sharks at all costs .
