This company should be investigated. They factor in keeping the booking fares of trips that they cancel by simply not refunding the client. They do this by initially stating that they will process the refund, and then don’t. Relying on the client becoming so frustrated that they eventually give-up; not knowing what recourse there is.
Many clients have had the same experience and it is believed that many ‘positive’ reviews on Trustpilot, are in fact false.
Avoid this company!!!!
