Absolutely useless! They don't pick up the phone lines or emails. It's definitely fraudulent. Change your bank details people because this company will charge you money without any form of communication. I lost £45 deposit out of £260. I emailed them 2 days ago to double check my trip thats coming up in a few days. I had a bad feeling about this company and I'm glad I checked the reviews again so I reported them to my bank as fraud after not hearing back after 48 hours. They still tried to take the remainder of the balance. Pure scammers they can go to hell!
