If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked a taxi 3.5 weeks ago for a wedding knowing there was likely to be a lot of guests doing the same, all confirmed fine. Then 2 days before the wedding I get a cancellation. I rang customer services who were extremely unhelpful, said there was no taxis available even though their website was still giving the option to book a taxi….but for £20 more than It was 3 weeks ago. They refused to help, told me to find somewhere else. I asked to speak with the manager and ofcourse he claimed he was… and then he hung up. POOR doesn’t come close.
