Not even 1 star disgusting. Taxi booked and paid for - or so I thought until stood there with 19 other members of my party waiting for taxis to appear at 23.30 on a Saturday evening only to look at my emails to see that at 19.31 that evening the booking I had been cancelled. Strangely whilst attending my husbands birthday party I did not look at my emails until I realised that the taxis to take everyone home from the venue weren't just late but not arriving. Beyond furious no taxis in the area to get for at least 2 hours and having to resort to wake people up and asking favours to do shuttle runs to move people. Ruined a great evening and now I wait for 3 days for a refund. Absolutely disgusted, furious and embarrassed do not touch with a barge pole.
