COMPLETE SCAM. They cancelled my booking of a minibus for 8 people at 1am on the day. It was booked for 11am! I had to pay £180 upfront and a month later I am still waiting for a refund. When you call to ask for a refund, they say “yeah no problem”. Then when you call back you find that your number has been blocked or something because they no longer answer… meaning I have been using friends phones etc to call them just to get through.
