The worst company for taxi bookings.
I booked 9 days prior to needed, 4 days later the booking still was not confirmed, I tried to cancel to be told I would only get £19 of my £190 booking back. 10 days cancellation period at 10% refund is ridiculous and very unfair. Since read their reviews to find that they quite often cancel last minute or don't show so have lost the £170 and will never use this company again! Very angry
