Have had a mini bus booked for 3 weeks now for an event for my birthday and they have just cancelled it with less than 2 days to go.
Called a few times to speak to an advisor and nothing, had also had a query about my journey which I had spoken to someone about earlier in the week (to stop round the corner 1 mile away) and they wanted another £110! Absolute scam of a company.
Had the audacity to send me a £5 voucher for next time but safe to say I will not use them again.
