CON ARTISTS! PLEASE DON'T USE!!!
We booked a taxi for a local firm and had to cancel. We cancelled 4 hours ahead of booking so plenty of notice. The car firm were great but said to get refunded we would have to get in touch with Taxicode. We couldn't cancel via the app or through a link on the email but had to call a phone number. We called 10 times and left messages cancelling but no one answered. This morning I was charged the full amount and still no one is answering! COMPLETE CON ARTISTS
