Taxicode did not confirm my journey eventhough I rang them and they said it would be 24 hours before travel. 2 hours before they still had not confirmed the 8 journeys I had booked for that day - shocking service. Over a month later, they are still refusing to engage in a refund conversation for over £400. Very hard to get in contact with and currently being ignored.
