I booked a taxi on Sunday morning at 3:14 am however the booking said 3:15 pm which obviously was not going to help me, money was deducted, on phoning in at 9am to cancel to be told there will be no refund for the booking which is crazy as they had ample time to cancel. Dont use them, and if you do read through their terms and conditions for their cancellation policy, you'll never see your money again
