“I cancelled the trip because no taxi was assigned, I rang your customer service and got told I wouldn't be charged as no company had been assigned to the taxi. I was in this position already because Taxicode cancelled my original booking (which was £70 less) 2 days before it was due to be carried out. We were in a very desperate situation and couldn't rely on a taxi which had no confirmation. I am now £192 lighter in my bank account because of this.
