*NEVER USE*
I was cancelled on at 9pm for an 11pm taxi in the middle of the countryside in Wales with no way of getting alternative transportation. I was also cancelled on a second pre-booked trip the day of the trip and no refund given. Terrible customer service - don't ever use.
