Taxicode are the worst organisation ever, never ever use them. I'm still waiting for my £19.50 refund back from July 2021 when I was a student. This is a lot of money for me not to have and have missed out on for 8 months. They booked me a taxi on the evening of July 2nd for my early morning train and then I woke up on the 3rd July Saturday to an email that said they had cancelled it at 5am so I literally had no way of getting to the station. They said they would refund me in 5 working days. This never happened and still hasn't. Every few months I ring to try and get my money back and still NOTHING.
