Shocking. Going by my own experience, it seems they handle (pocket) payments for trips with non-existent taxi companies. They cancelled shortly before I was due to meet the taxi I had booked. They then gave the option of finding a different driver from a different taxi company to the one I had booked with. Subsequently I received a message that that trip was also cancelled. Unbelievably I was charged for both non-existent rides. A complete scam.
