Made a booking a few weeks in advance for a large group after a wedding, it was cancelled 12 hours before by taxi code. I was offered a small discount on an alternative booking, so made this.
This booking was then cancelled by taxi code 3 hours before the required time!
Foolishly attempted a third booking and the booking portal failed. I received no booking confirmation, no service and have subsequently been charged the full amount anyway.
When I raised it with them I was told there was no record of it and to contact my bank.
Never. Again.
