Terrible!! Not able to contact them, no confirmation, taxi obviously didn’t turn up but fortunately I’d read the reviews so booked another taxi to come.
I did get my money back AFTER the taxi didn’t arrive, but only because a taxi company who didn’t have anything good to say about them told me not to click cancel otherwise you only get 10% back!!! They are clearly hoping people will click cancel so they can keep 90% of everyone’s money!!!
